Parents of students with a developmental disability in Peel are invited to join Rae Roebuck, author of "Connections: A Guide to Transition Planning", as she provides an overview of the guide and shares strategies to support families in using the guide effectively. Building Successful Inclusive Schools Through Innovative Thinking
